I never received this item. The inks were ordered also with a printhead. I did receive the printhead but NO sign of the inks. I filed a complaint and they are saying they are still on the way. But when I look at tracking they are NOT on the way. Ive asked for a refund but they are still fighting me... This is my first order with this company so I am worried
