The stuffer is well made and works very well with natural casings. With natural casings you can make sausage by yourself. If you are using collagen casings you will need another person to work with you. It works best with about 1.2 kilograms of meat or roughly 2.5 lbs. Quality relative to price is good. Shipped in a protective box, arrived in less than 2 weeks to Canada without damage or defects.
