Battery quality looks good and finish is good. 3. Battery weight 585 g compared to Makita BL1840 607 g. 4. The battery allows full power even with heavy Makita tools. 5. The battery connects to Makita's tools well and tightly. 6. The battery looks durable. 7. Regarding longevity, amount of loading, and shelf-life without much use, only time will tell. 8. In terms of price, two batteries cost about 80% of the price of one kit BL1840. 9. In conclusion, assuming battery life will be 50% of Makita's I think this is a good buy. 10.
