Completely unprofessional and poorly handled. I was shipped a UCWRC face mask instead of the touch switches. If they had any respect, they would let me know that they were out of stock at the time or could not provide the item. Sending false product is very shallow, I would rather be informed that I would not come at all so that I could have ordered it from another seller.
