Superb seller, will buy again

This has been a back and forth for a month. This supplier is not interested in improving. Goods never received. Do not buy from this company. For a single small order of $2.50. This supplier expects me to wait three months....OK....pay immediately....OK and not receive the shipment, but still go through yet more delay and "claim" 2.50 when a responsible company would have automatically shipped a replacement for the article lost somewhere in the mail between China and Thailand. Then after or before being refunded I was to "order again" and begin waiting. That is no way at all to treat a customer. Because the order "went cold" past it's date it was never confirmed, but I cannot access it to file a dispute and am not in the mood for such a small amount. This is by far the worst experience I have had in a hundred or more orders through Ali Express.
