The items arrived later then the 90 days maximum. Unfortunately the ICs were not packed properly. They were put in loose in a plastic zip bag (is the bag even anti-static?). The ICs should have been inserted into anti-static foam for shipping. Hopefully the store will see this and improve the safe shipping of such items and have happy customers.
