It's very likely not an original IC. I can't find any reference for a MBR30200PT made by ON. Besides, its case looks too similar to a MUR3020 that I ordered from the same seller. Apparently it all came from the same shady alley in Shenzhen and it was marked to be whatever was needed that day. That said, the ICs are Schottky diode, and at least the "MUR3020" or, whatever it is, worked fine in my 10A power supply.
