This product was not included in my package (forgoten by the vendor). I acknownledged the receive of other product (5) and open a dispute for the missing item (logic!). The dispute and the appeal was rejected because they say thath I received the product. My problem is not for the 4€ of product, it's the principle. I have been honest and indicate the products I received. Conclusion, next time I'll not indicate that I received the product, wait 2 days before the end of the received delay and open a dispute saying that the products have not been received.
