output value are according to overwiew explanation 1,2V output with 3.42Vinput and 1,3V output with 30V input without adjustment on the potmeter 12V output with 28.5V input and 11,93V output with 13,0 input without adjustement on the potmeter adjustment on the 20T potmeter is very acurate. the load I used is a 10W / 12V bulb I recomend this product delivery time is ok
