wait forever without receiving the goods, eventually dispute!

Firstly, the seller despatched my order in 2 separate parcels, even though I ordered altogether. The second parcel containing Black Clasps arrived almost 1 month after I ordered them... and they were the wrong size! Ordered 25mm for both, as you can see from photo silver ones are correct, but black are much smaller. I requested the seller to rectify this and they refused! I advised that I would share this story and they still didn’t offer any kind of customer service in rectifying their own mistake!!
