I ordered brown door strips and received white one. Somebody is colour-blind there ! It takes now more than one month to get an answer or reaction from sellers ... and the problem is still not solved. Is it really so difficult to solve such a simple problem ? Or a refund, inclusive import taxes and local VAT I've paid for this wrong supply, or a new - correct - supply ..... Taking soo much time to solve such a problem makes me anxious and I doubt about the seriousness of these web shops in China. Maybe I have to fly over, go to that shop and take at the shelf the brown doorstrips I've ordered, putting them in a box and send them ... on order I've sent by the way exactly 2 months (61 days) from now !
