I ordered a 5 liter parafine machine but I received a 2 liter machine. I want to change it so a requested the return. I created the return label but nobody has collected it. I am still waiting for its pick up.I want receive the machine I ordered. The seller has not sold me the machine I paid.this is a fraud. AliExpress does not help in this case. They have closed the fight. It is horrible.

It is a fraud. Do not buy it. You pay for a 5 liter machine but you receive a smaller machine (2 liter). I opened a fight to return it but the seller do not reply and AliExpress does not help. I explained the reason but nobody helped me. They closed the fight without a solution. A horrible experience.
