Easy to set-up and excellent range. The remote control extension works great, and permits me to make use of spare universal remotes to control and view the source device (MAG250, in my case) from different rooms and floors in my home (For those who are wondering after reading the description: YES, you can have multiple receivers and remotes. I have 2 of these receivers running at the same time and can control the source device from either using the included remote IR extender / duplicator). Device came pre-paired, and there are clear instructions included on how to pair in case they aren't already (I tested and it was easy).
