Delivery to Bangkok 27 days. Arrived undamaged (was combined with another purchase's package, as it has no package of its own). Not sure what chipset it uses because there was a mini-CD enclosed that contained the whole multitude of drivers ranging from PCI-to-Parallel and PCI-to-Serial and to LAN, SATAIII and USB3.1 by many different providers - so, you guess which one is needed for this device. USB3.0 and 3.1 drivers are represented by NEC and ASMedia particularly. Most of the drivers supplied dated by the years 2013-2014, which suggests that the card is about that year production. Hope it works, but did not test it yet.
