The item was received. I have tracked it and coordinate with DHL and the seller regarding the clearance as this item is described as medical. It needs permit from Philippines Food and Drug Authorities (FDA). We submitted the printed ad and photo. After 2 days it was released and sent to our address. Thank you. We are happy.
