the aluminum part of the cooler that is connected to the copper pipe is somewhat moving along the mentioned copper pipe, so I'm not sure that everything is working at its peak performance, but it surely is a nice cooler that keeps my rpi4 at ~50C when it is overclocked to 2000 MHz.
