WOOOOW this sets are just bomb! I'm 1.60m, my regular size is xs and s but I took M because of reviews and it's perfect because not too tight and I can also grow a mass a little bit. They aren't thermal though, made of cotton. Very very high quality just superb! I don't really mind to put over something warm and I think they're great for almost any kind of sport especially gym, running, yoga, spinning etc. They're comfortable, durable, stitched high end, breathing.
