Product as described, except I was disappointed the connectors were not pretty yellow as in the picture, but never mind, it works the same. I have powered it up and the self test program already in the MCU runs. I think the LCD display requires more current than my USB port can supply, and maybe this is why it didn't run in the test program. I will find out when I do experiments.
