It is not even close to linen. also very thin and transparent. Lucky, I ordered this as sample. Piece is cut unevenly and skewly.

I don't believe this is cotton. It feels like a synthetic fabric and when I hold it up to my other linens it has a sheen that synthetic fabrics have.
