Some were dirty and broken. Not full size inserts either, I have ordered other ones that were twice the size.

The size of most filters (wick) had only 3cm. Furthermore, outside papers of wicks came off. And wick was broken and bent. (please watch the images.) It is worse than the filter of other companies and can't use it.(The third photograph~The left core is made in other companies, the right have been sent this time.) I hope for repayment whether I return this product to you.
