I received the package quickly - Good. The powder was packed very well - Very Good. But the item was 3 grams less- Bad. That is not good. You have the best scales in your markets to weigh your item s. This is a bad practise when you try to get more customers. This remains in the minds of the buyer that sellers try to cut corner on the product.
