seller lies to get orders and then ignores you when you contact them after u get it

the seller lied to me when i asked if i would receive 3 balls per order. i was told yes, so i placed an order for 2 colours. i only got 1 ball of each and the seller didn't care at all. they changed and said nope sorry just 1 ball. in a dispute i got a partial refund.
