After testing, the fan provides the same amount of air as all other cheap fans of this size. This fan is supposed to be rated 24v/0.11A (2.64w) but only uses 0.05A. The noise level is identical to other cheap fan. This is an underpowered fan nowhere close to the specification stated. Not worth the extra cost. On the other hand, shipping was lighting fast .
