Item came totally damaged as the result of insufficient packaging. I opened a dispute and uploaded images as an evidence. The seller promised to resend a new item and asked me to close the dispute. I trusted the seller and closed it. This is about 3 weeks ago and I have never ever heard again from the seller - no response on my requests for a new tracking number - very disappointing.

Looks like in the picture, the cardboard was torn, you have to check that it works, it seems to be a good product.
