Item as described, shipped very fast. The box came in bad shape but seller packed well with bubble cushion around the weight so all is well. The finishing quality is decent, some very minor dents but should not affect the overall use. It's good quality for such low price. As for accuracy, cannot tell as I have no instrument or reference to check. But it should be good at the least for household use. Overall, quite satisfied with the purchase and service.
