Deceiving! You would think these are for adult shoes. Bad quality material, it doesn't stretch. I have the same idea ice grips but for the whole sole of the boots and I wear them all the time on Canadian frozen lakes. These ones can not be put on adult shoes. They're not small, they are the same size like the other ones I have, but these ones do not stretch. Maybe for toddler boots...... Very disappointed.
