Hello I have received my order but the plastic part allowing to tighten one of the collars arrived broken, making it impossible to use this collar... It is, moreover, impossible for me to leave a comment on the page intended to ask for the refund... So I cannot send this page, nor the photo showing the defective item...

quite disappointing that it is very fragile. 3 out of 4 pieces, in the second time I used, are already broken only with regular use.
