WARNING SCAM ----- ECOGOO------ WARNING SCAM ------ECOGOO ------- WARNING SCAM There is an expectation that when you order from the manufacturers store there is going to be a degree of professionalism above just a retail store selling a product. Its their product and reflects in the quality of what you receive..... right? The listing was quite clear "Single Phase Input 3 Phase Output Drives Frequency Converter" so when I received a 3 phase in 3 phase out it was a bit of a surprise, when I contacted them I was told, that was what I had ordered... so I sent a picture of the listing. Silence..... That's right, expect silence if you need help or may be it was your fault in the first place. I can only imagine if you bought a product from a reseller and needed help from the manufacturer. Expect silence as it's just too much effort. Wait 3 months and did not come. Open dispute for around a month and turns out they return it back but nobody bother to call me or send again . Wasting my time only.
