The product was well packaged, and also has a robust design. The metal casing is already good for protection of EM distortions. I connected this item to another HDMI hub, so these were in series to extend the number of screen to connect. This item comes with a remote control. The remote is of some better quality than remotes used for led lights. But the number of knobs on it greatly exceed the number of functions it has. Be that is it may, the remote worked well - but the battery 2025 - was not included. I ripped off the protection for the battery from the chamber - only to find out it was not working and the battery was not inside. A small inconvenience - a bought recently 70 2025 batteries, so problem solved. The quality is OK the split-screen for 2 monitors is stretched but in 4 monitor mode the scales are good.
