Very long delivery time. Bulbs are getting very hot (2W of power consumption) but more than half of power goes to "CAN" resistor (1.3W). This resistor is simply connected directly to the terminals. After removing this resistor temperature is reasonable (I don't have bulb monitoring in my car).
