INSERTS ARRIVED IN A VERY POOR CONDITION, ALMOST ALL OF THEM WERE CHIPPED, CRACKED...I REALLY CAN'T TELL HOW YOU CAN BREAK SUCH AN INSERT. LUCKILY THERE IS MANY MORE TO BUY FROM WHERE THEY CAME FROM....EXCEPT FOR THIS, THE TOOL WAS GOOD AND THE PRICE AFTER ALL WELL BALANCED...
