These items were never delivered and despite trying to work with the seller, they kept repeating themselves and stalling. I checked with my post office, I contacted postal service to get a file number, I waited, etc. Their request to "wait" put my ability to file a lost package claim past the 3-day window for opening an investigation; but the seller wants proof of investigation regardless. Beware of giving them the benefit of doubt. If your package says "delivered" and you don't have it, FILE A CLAIM IMMEDIATELY with your post office.. do not "wait" as the seller suggests. They will use that against you.
Edit: This item arrived two weeks later then the "delivered" date with no explanation from final carrier. Quality is good.
