Sent wrong size. Offered a refund but on the conditions I was unable to fulfil due to AliExpress website menu system when opening the dispute. While disputing, AliExpress stepped in and declared it on my benefit. Then seller conditioned me to cancel it and to open another dispute in order to pick another reason for refund that was also not in the web sites menu system. Then AliExpress stepped in again, and declared only partial refund because I did not proved my statement (item does not work properly) which I never stated. Buyers protection on this website is nothing but a trinket. Everything is fine while it works but if You receive wrong or damaged items, it is on buyers expense. I'll just wait for my open orders to arrive, close my account and leave this a website for good.
