Delivery took several weeks, but that was due to COVID and Christmas - the store shipped it within a day or so. The figures themselves are as depicted. Retail boxes were included as advertised, but it was a bit odd that they were shipped separately in the box rather than with the figures inside them.

product is ok but not great. Natsu is suppose to have white pants but his pants are blue. Lucy' hair is green and not yellow/blonde. paint job is bad. Erza sword is too long so it looks warped. Gray's paint job is peeling off his pants. Lucys' bow on her head fell off and her right arm too.
