The items are not broken and all of the ESCs are beeping correctly. About the shipping, it took too long time, but I can't blame the company because AliExpress is responsible for the delivery, not the company itself.

I finally had an opportunity to wire up the motors and ESCs today - One of the four ESCs was non-functional - Dead On Arrival. The other three ESCs beeped properly when power was applied, and I was able so successfully spin the motors up in test mode. The non-working ESC did not beep when powered up, and when I attempted to test the motor, the ESC went up in smoke, burning out a MOSFET. I am very disappointed.
