I'm sorry to say this but these are far from the best adapters. The outside works well but the inside is wide (bigger than usual - see photo) and the mini jack plugs (headphones, cables, etc.) are wagging inside causing bad contacts and sound interference. I tested with at least 3 headphones, tested on a mixer using several mini jack cables and compared it with other adapters I already had and that don't have this problem. These adapters have this issue: they are wide inside causing bad contact and a bad fit to the minijack plugs. I bought 4 stereo and 4 mono and all of them have this problem. On some of them you can even rotate their heads revealing their poor quality. In one of them, its components were separated, revealing the poor quality of them and their construction. Photos below. For professional or semi-professional use, I do not recommend it at all, as they become useless ... Sorry to write this but its the truth
