The charger seems to be inaccurate. If you charge the batteries until it's full (as seen in the led screen of the charger), then unplug the charger and plug it again, it will start charging the batteries again. It reads the batteries are not fully charged eventhough it was fully charged the first time. It could also be the batteries discharge fast but this should not be the case because they are new.
