I received a malfunction unit from Johnwill. When I turned it on first time, the monitor showed multicolor lines on the screen, so I connected with my Samsung Note 9 to see any improvement but it’s the same. I want to know how to return the product and get my money back.
I received a faulty unit. I want to return it and get the full refund.

The monitor has an imperfection where the backlight is showing up around the edges. After contacting the seller he agreed to refund me a small amount. The USB-C cable is also too short on one end and doesn't plug into anything, but since I had a lot of these around it wasn't an issue. Otherwise it works fine as described 4k.
