Very disappointed with the seller service. 1. Simple msg to them the Router password cannot be changed and theit response on wifi password. 2. Request for video on the Router password problem that will advise how to solve the problem. 3. To solve the problem - request to send back to them...at my courier cost ! 4. First place they will to check the product properly before shipout. Simplely take from supplier and pack and shipout. Left pocket goes to right pocket without checking if product has any defect. 5. Conclusion - never buy from this seller that has defect product. Waste alot of time comm with them that dont understand simple English term and cannot resolve the simple software bug problem.
