arrived within 3 weeks CPE-903-2 using it with Golan sim. the speed rate is about 6MBps/Sec. on the WAN side (sim): is working well, no need for extra configuration, WAN side go to deep sleep, and is wake up only when having traffic from the LAN side, so its not good for monitoring like for CCTV camera WAN reception is fragile, need to be placed in a very good signal location( in my case i needed to place it close to the window. on the LAN side: the signal is good in all the apartment, might be low in far places, but it i didnt makes traffic graduation, and lose of traffic rate (like in the WAN side). i didnt test the Ethernet port.
