I selected this product among others cause of its low price. While the product comes without litterature and I got some issues ( my cameras are NTSC and the converter was configured to PAL). Despite the Chinese New Year today, the vendor spent time with me to make it work, sent me videos... This is Chinese service and I thank him for that ( try to get support on Jan 1st in France or thanksgiving in USA !!). To conclude when the litterature will be available, the product ( at that price) will be a killer.

Order recieved very fast to the Canary Islands of Spain . Approximately 2 weeks time, instead of the usual 4-12 weeks. Seems to be working as specified. Will do more testing to verify full functionality.
