Kit missing essential washers with special shape/ diameter. I had to grind down an included torque washer to fit. Wheel arrived and the spokes were loose and not true/ hub motor not aligned, had to adjust manually which requires skill and a lot of time. Kit requires torque arms for safety but not included. Other than that, kit works fine and is very powerful. Connectors on the controller are not waterproof.
