The unit does not work. Keeps flashing four times, then off for two seconds.
THE UNIT DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. IT WORKED FOR TWO WEEKS AND STOPPED. FLASHES FOUR TIMES ON AND 2 SECONDS OFF. TRIED TO DO ADJUSTMENTS ON OVER AND UNDER VOLTAGE, BUT NO CHANGE.
