Item not very well packaged, metal brackets had torn through the outer plastic envelope and part of the teak was exposed on a corner as no cardboard covering this. Could definitely do with sturdier wrapping. Luckily this item is robust and the mechanism is in tact and works well. The teak is tough and durable, a bit rough in places so could do with some sanding and oiling. Not been used as of yet but item looks as in the photos and I'm generally pleased overall wit the shower seat.
