litle stuck at first. Seler ok respond on message, propose to apply for refund. Use more force on cutter handles while vreate video for dispute. Blade moved. Cutter work ok after that. It need will strog pull to free blade.

absolute unusable. wery weak, doe not return in open position...rusty...thiny handles, all clamp..bad item at all
