fine product but slow shipping. shipping was estimated at up to 20 days but ended up taking 6 weeks

The product arrived 16 days after the order date which is fairly fast. Everything is fine apart from the side-cutter which is slightly bent; blade edges aren't lining up which makes it hard to do flush cuts (hence 4 stars). The order was deliveried in a thin plastic parcel which could perhaps benefit from some protection like a bubble-wrap. Also the plastic tube is cracked but the needles are still in good shape; so that's fine. Other than that, everything is great. Thank-you for your service.
