I think that the guitar is ok, the quality of the sound is not so good though. I don't know if the arm has some kind of depression in a concave way, I don't know how to explain, but for beginners it is ok. I could give 4 stars but "I am not VERY satisfied". The store and seller where perfect from the beginning to the end. I'll definitely buy there again.
