Came to Germany in 20 Days. Works well. The encoder is wired backwards (turning clockwise will decrease) which is very wired for me, so I swapped to leads on the connector. It would be nice to turn the Power lower than 30% because my transformer is very powerful After a few welds, the Triac or SCR gets warm to the touch. Better mount that to some little heat sink. The Case of the Triac is isolated from high Voltage, so you can mount it directly to the case of the Machine
