First off, i really like the laser engraver, the output quality is amazing, but there are a couple issues i've had which prevent me from giving a 5 star rating. The Good: 1 - Amazing engraving quality 2 - A good PSU (cloudray clone) 3 - comes with air assist, laser pointer (read below) and motorized adjustable bed height The Bad: 1- The tech specs state the engraver has a ruida controller. That is not true. It has the basic M2 Nano board. So be aware of that. I contacted the seller regarding this and they stated "same functionality" which is not true as it's not compatible with Lightburn for example. 2 - The laser pointer wire snapped about 2 weeks in because the plastic surrounding the wires is yoo stiff. I had to replace the wiring to fix this. Overall I this machine can do amazing engravings, but the build quality is not really up to par... 50W co2 lasers this size are available for much cheaper and i don't think this one is worth the higher price.
