This SCR motor speed controller works even under AC 100V, though I currently cannot confirm whether it can "provide full power" or not to the load when the input AC is 100V (i.e., I currently do not know whether it can fully conduct or not when AC input is 100V). Anyway, it works when AC input is 100V without any adjust or modification.
